Viral Video: Gator in a Russian River

Video of an alligator in a river near the city of Ivanovo goes viral. The description reads: “At first, we did not believe our eyes, when we saw a crocodile in the river Lukh, Ivanovo region. Apparently, alligators breed in cold Russian climate.”

The video provoked many Internet users to leave humorous comments. Even curious journalists requested an interview with the person, who captured the footage.

"Komsomolskaya Pravda" is here. Can we get in touch via cell phone or social network, etc? I want to ask about the details of this...hmmm.. encounter.

“Alligator?.. 😉 Alligator is the Russian government”

Most likely, the video is probably a fake, but the response it got makes it a bit interesting. On a serious note, some folks stumbled upon a dead cobra in Saint Petersburg, recently.
