Russian TV anchor could not contain herself, while announcing news about the increase of the government benefits. From February 1st, benefits to federal beneficiaries increased and now consists of 1500 rubles ($23.50) per month. So, now people in need can splurge 900 rubles ($14) on medicines, 137 rubles ($2,15 on a ticket to a sanatorium and the remaining 463 ($7.25) can be carelessly spend for an international travel to the place of treatment and back.
