At the annual press conference, Vladimir Putin answered the hottest questions of Russians: for example, he spoke about the intimate video of football player Artyom Dziuba (“You can’t get into someone’s personal life. But this is a good lesson”), taught Sergei Shnurov how to swear …
Also, there was question about Navalny. And, yes, the president actually recognized the surveillance of “a well-known blogger, a patient in a Berlin clinic.” And then he announced, that contrary to the background of the West, Russia is “white and fluffy”, and wondered why they (Westerners) “consider us, Russians, to be idiots.”

The very common expression “белый и пушистый” came from an old joke about a hippo (?) asking a frog why she’s so ugly, green and slimy with the frog responding “It’s because I’m under the weather, but normally I’m white and fluffy”
Long story short, here are some of the memes that were inspired by the conference.
Putin is now talking about… love. The secret to a happy family life? Love. And the secret to good international relations? You guessed it: also love, says Putin.

Putin still won't mention Navalny by name but isn't really trying to find an excuse for why he wound up in a coma.
"If they really wanted to poison him, they'd have finished the job."

He was referring to the investigation of Navalny poisoning.
Referring to Navalny as a "patient of a Berlin clinic", Putin says Russia knows that Western intelligence are following the geolocation of our agents. "We would have finished it, if we wanted to (poison him)."

This Omsk sign is referring to the Omsk meme.
On the serious note, Vladimir Putin has claimed that opposition politician Alexey Navalny “is enjoying the support of the US special services,” adding that if Russian special services had wanted to kill him they would have “finished it.”
And Putin said he won’t take Russian coronavirus vaccine yet because he’s too old.
While answering to the question if he will run for the Presidency in 2024, Putin said that he did’t decide yet.
