Peter (Petr) the Piglet, a well-known meme in the Russian Internet, actually originates from a series of innocent 2002 children’s books about the piglet, where he would need a tool or a vehicle for some task, and would receive it after thinking about it. The tractor has become a symbol of emigration, regularly surfacing in discussions on this topic in phrases like “it’s time to steal a tractor and get the f*ck out of Russia”.
The tractor and its driver, are used regularly in Russian social blogs, particularly in regard to the officials, police and the authorities.

Ah, they’re just whining. Can’t possibly have grown in a worse condition than myself. The difference is, that I improve my quality of life, whereas other people just wander about trying to leech off of other peoples’ successes.
If you want a better life, you have to start with yourself. You have to organize your living space, and your thoughts. You need to throw away what’s needless, and accumulate what’s useful and has quality. You have to be efficient, and never spend money on entertainment, drugs, or cigarettes. Sleep for as long as you want, and then when you wake up, complete all of your tasks at once and then spend the rest of the day jacking off. Stop working out, it’s an idiotic waste of time. I’m in better health than anyone I’ve ever seen, and I’ve never worked out. What kind of imbecile wastes time just lifting a weight over and over again? It’s a stupid, repetitive, menial task that’s self-imposed by morons. We never needed to “work out” before.
First, sharpen your personality and your artistic tastes with constant self-observation, and then surround yourself with things that you like. Create an organized collection of only the best: Music, movies, games, fiction, and clothes. When you see someone doing or saying something that is stupid or embarrassing, then try not to be like them.
