Usually, most of us are disappointed the way our ID or passport pictures turn out. But, when it comes to the paper copy of the Russian passport picture, the image appears to be straight from the horror movie scene. Since, the passport paper has a lot of security features and the picture is covered with hologram overlay, most of the images on a paper copy look frightening.
