On the right forearm of Nicholas II, the last Emperor of Russia, is Chinese dragon tattoo, that was made during his stay in Nagasaki in 1891.
On one of the official events, Nicholas II of Russia had the unexpected request. He asked to introduce him to the local tattoo artists, who were featured in the travel guide magazine. The next day, on board of a Russian battleship, two masters of Nagasaki were brought. One of them tattooed the hand of the Greek prince, and the other one, the right forearm of the tsar of Russia. Painful procedure lasted seven hours. As a result, Nicholas II got the tattoo of a black dragon with yellow horns, green legs and red belly.
